Twi Eti Sen *How are you in Ghanaian*
Its exhilarating learning how to greet in all these incredible languages.
There are so many amazing bloggers in Uganda and I’ve got to learn about more of the from the Winter blogging challenge. Hahah, so many thanks to Afrobloggers for this opportunity to meet not only other writers across the African biosphere, but also to get to meet astounding Ugandan writers. So I’ll dedicate this prompt to those amazing writers I’ve met on this challenge, in no particular order.
She’s an English teacher and she loves her students. Gave me a few teaching tips too sometime back. I got to know her from this challenge and well, she says she’s still discovering her niche but she blogs so that someone might pick a thing or two from her site and the life she’s lived. Very inspirational. She’s a believer too and that’s what’s most impressive about her blog. You can tell.
I’m sure all of you have met him. He’s very dedicated to promoting everyone’s writing and I actually met him for the UG Blog month challenge that was just a few weeks before this one began. He blogs at Benjamin Watch and is very passionate about dissipating information especially regarding Afrikan culture and history.
Abi refused to tell me her other names but oh well, ha-ha I met her from on here and it’s been amazing reading her thoughts on domestic violence against women in Uganda. One of the reasons she started blogging was to be the voice for these victims that have no voice. It’s been amazing interacting with her and I’m glad I stumbled across her blog.
Winnie, Winnie. Funny thing is that I’d met her once in person and the second time we met was on this challenge. Amazing how the internet brings us together right? She’s dedicated her blog to motivate and inspire her readers through her words. She’s an amazing mother and wife and has beautiful hair I must say.
Mable is one I also met on this challenge. Hahah her blogs give me life. Her rants about life, letters to her future husband, book reviews are one of the many things that attracted me to her site. She’s very outspoken about the things she fancies and you can easily tell from her site.
There are so many amazing Uganda Bloggers out there but since the prompt said 5, well, there goes. I still want you to know that I celebrate your talent and I’m proud to be doing this writing thing with you from this side of the African continent.
Cheers.
