Hey there.

It’s a new month! I know I’m not one to blog every new month but August came with its new-fangled exhilarations for me. My mantra for this month is ‘Trust the process’.

August marks the beginning of the last quarter of the year. I’m sure you can all relate with the uncertainties and changes that this year has come with. This last quarter is the time to switch up the momentum and make the most of the last few months to the end of the year.

At the end of last year, 31st December 2019 to be exact, I was so fidgety but I couldn’t put a finger to it. I know the anticipation that comes with every new year but its never that different for me. Last year though, was unlike any other. I got the gut feeling that I had to make big steps and decisions that wouldn’t exactly be in my comfort zone but that I’d have to do regardless.

Since 2013, my prayer to God has constantly been to give me the gift of discernment. Especially of situations and character and I should’ve have known that on the 31st of December last year, that feeling of edginess was a sign of God preparing me for what was coming. I did pray about it and the first two quarters of the year have shown me a picture of what God was trying to prepare me for.

I know that first part sounds like rocket science but that’s the same feeling I had yesterday knowing it was the bridge to the beginning of the last quarter. Only this time, it was a positive feeling. I actually woke up at 3:00 am this morning and watched the sun rise at about 6:30 to 7:00am.

This last quarter of the year will determine how you will end the year and move into the next step.
I’m particularly enthusiastic about this month because I still have that gut feeling that so much is going to happen in each of our lives only if we let God take the wheel. The exhilaration I felt wasn’t just for me, but for you too.

It’s hard to fathom but I’m here to let you know that you need to trust the process. Trust that God has you and your best interests under control and you need to let Him take charge of this last quarter. Don’t let the year end without you fulfilling the purpose for which you were set to fulfill in this year.

So, cheers to a new month, novel beginnings and to trusting the process, yes?

Have an incredible last quarter of this year and I can’t wait to have an evaluation in December of how the past four months have been.

Cheers.
